These were my entries for Bob Marley's "Roots, Rock, Reggae" poster competition from Creative Allies.
The inspiration for these designs came from vintage gig posters used during the 1960s. To achieve this, I used certain fonts to recreate the vintage style I was looking for, as well as incorporating Rastafarian colours (Red, Green & Yellow) to the designs to keep them relevant to Bob Marley. Below are the final results, with variations on the colours used for the main text.
